The US Senate is useless! All they do is this kind of crap to hurt the USA, and try to get t.v. coverage and try to look important. For what they get in salary and perks, they do almost no work. Whatever forfather thought up the US Senate must have thought it works great on paper, but just look how useless and detrimental it is to our Republic!!
