I have to blame the white, western world for all the woes of this planet. It is the western culture that has cut the death rate and caused the population explosion in third world countries. No one to blame but ourselves. We should stop feeding them, and we should stop giving them medicine. They will die back to a population that their primative cultures and environments can sustain, and the problem will be solved. Let nature be.

Drought is only a threat to a society that cannot produce surpluses of food through modern farming methods or cannot manufacture goods valued throughout the world that it can trade for food.

Of course, such a society would have to allow its people to become rich through capitalism.

It is clear that the leaders of Africa would prefer mass starvation of their people to capitalism. They worship the God Socialist Envy. Their choice. :-(
