Of course these Mexican citizens think the Southwest is theirs and that they ought to enjoy freedom of movement in and out of it from their home country. In their eyes, the U.S. wronged them by beating their asses in a war and taking it from them. They are wrong to bitch and complain and need to learn to live with reality.
Just like the Southerners here in the U.S. that just can't seem to get past the fact that they lost the Civil War and to this day believe Lincoln to be the anti-Christ, think the Confederacy is still a nation in its own right, and are pissed off that they lost the "right" to own black people.
