I think the only person interested in this would be Dan Rather.

We're going to float his coffin.

Why do you think Soviet leaders we're laid in state in a glass cages for years and years?

Then there's Janet Rino and her justice department.

The Justice in all that is if she hadn't sent poor Elain back to Papa Fidel, she'd still be atty. general and Pal Al would be president.

I guess a sea of people did march as they had nothing else to do.

The Cuban thought police, AKA, the Committee for the Preservation of the Revolution, make damn sure there's a good turn out.
They can march from one side of the island to the other but they're still stuck in the 1960's.

I'd love to see the Castro regime get bumped to the Axis of Evil, so that we don't have to sit around and wait for that butcher to die.

If those marchers take a good look at the buildings on the Malecon as they march past, they'll see all the evidence they'll ever need to convince them that socialismo has wrecked their formerly prosperous country. What was once a grand oceanfront avenue lined with beautiful apartment building and homes looking out over it at the sea, is now a crumbling, grey, tumbledown pile of rats nests. The Cubans see enough TV from this country to know what prosperity looks like. Fidel is not fooling them anymore, just coercing their cooperation in his marches and gatherings under pain of incarceration.

The love affair of New York's Charles Rangel with Castro dates back to 1959, when Castro stayed at Harlem's Hotel Theresa and Rangel sat beside him at the dinner table. Ever since he has been the useful servant, and he travels to Cuba often, bringing members of the U.S. Congress' Black Caucus and TransAfrica to marvel at the socialist "paradise" that his friend, Castro - probably the biggest slave master in the history of slavery - has created in Cuba.

Thanks for the link!!

Cuba's socialist state is ``untouchable.''

In the words of Sgt. Hulka, "Lighten up, Fidel."
