He did not park and then pull curtains according to this testimony. He had just pulled in so he had been driving with all the curtains closed.

This team is representing me as a citizen of the State of California and I'm not happy. Regardless of where they are leading this, it is overkill of minutia.

If I were a juror, I would begin to become disgusted. Either start bringing on the damning evidence or wake me up when you get there. Geeeeeeeesh.

Does anyone have any doubt that DW's MH had closed blinds at Silver Strand? Start explaining to me how he got Danielle in the MH with the rest of the timelines and MH locations that have been spelled out.

Driving with the curtains pulled would make it very difficult to see the road. More likelihood of accidents, more likelhood of cops coming to investigate.

DW's behavior seemed to be courting closer inspection if Danielle was with him, dead or alive. Pretty stupid, if he's guilty, charmingly geeky, if he's not.

I agree with the above statement that most of us are waiting to be convinced, and willing to be convinced, but so far are far from it.

Been "in and out" all day...have the VCR recording, but each time I walk in, it seems there is someone else saying they saw DW at the Park...DUHHHH.

They want to make a big deal about his curtains being closed...the Jury should be getting po'd by now...looking for REAL evidence.

So we have heard that his blinds at home were closed, and his blinds in the Motor Home were closed. And the BIGGIE...hose left unrolled.
