Please Pray for Elizabeth

Heavenly Father,

We come to You pleading for Your divine hand to move in the Elizabeth Smart abduction. We know that You are aware of all that she has endured. You know exactly where she is. Please, Lord, give Your mighty angels charge over her to keep her in all her ways. Even though she walks through the valley of the shadow of death, let her fear no evil, for You are with her. Thank You, Father, that You are comforting her. We ask You to grant Your mighty wisdom to the investigators and Salt Lake City Police, that they may be led to the perpetrator of this crime, that they may find Elizabeth, and that not one hair of her head would be harmed. Uphold her parents and family with Your strength, and shield them from doubt and hopelessness. Father, You are the one eternal, omnipotent God. Nothing is too difficult for You. We commit this child to You, asking You to return her safely to her family. We pray, fully convinced in Your power, knowing that You are able to do far more than we could ever ask or think, in the Name of Jesus. Hear our prayers, Dear Lord. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

I join in agreement with so many others that are asking for the safe return of Elizabeth Smart to her family. I pray that you will give Elizabeth strength, wisdom, and guidance through this most difficult time. May she feel your comfort during her darkest hours. Also, I ask for continued strength and wisdom for her family, the police department, FBI, and anyone else involved in trying to locate her. Also, I pray for the person that has taken her. I pray that you expose what he/she has done and who they are. I pray that this person will come to know you one day and I pray for a quick resolution for this situation.
