Well I'm not married to the idea of this guy being John Doe #2. But, at least, it opens the door to a lot of questions. OKC, like TWA 800, is one of those events that might have been connected to Al Quaida and/or state-sponsored terrorism against the U.S. As we become more familiar with the individuals involved, we find that their paths cross, a lot. They don't have the kind of compartmentalization and opsec a real spy agency has. They recruit relatives, and use family connections. They use their operatives for multiple ops at the same time. So while this guy may not be John Doe #2, I would not be suprised at all to find a guy named Padilla behind the composite sketch, especially with that spooky coincidence that Terry Nichols' first wife is named Padilla. Just how many Padillas end up associating with terorists anyway?
