Close, but... In the original case files, and reports, he appeared to be mediterranean. Which to me, would have made him look more like Mohammed Atta. There was a link with both pictures, and they looked pretty close to the same. However, John Doe #2 seems a bit heavier. In all honesty, It's hard to know who John Doe #2 was, considering the FBI did it's best to bury any evidence on him, or any conspiracy. I'd lay money that the whole OKC bombing was engineered by Terrorists from overseas, with a little domestic help. If you read the book, the Oklahoma City Bombing And The Politics Of Terror, you'll find a lot of things that never made it to court.
I encourage everyone to pick up that book and read it. Then apply all of that knowledge to the World Trade Center attack. You will see that there were some key players who were involved in both attacks. Mohammed Atta stayed at the same hotel as McVeigh, around the same time. It's creepy. It will make you question a lot of things.
