And I also think that he looks remarkably like the guy in the sketch. And, no, I don't think the guy in the sketch looks older. Good grief, it's a sketch!!! You can't determine age in a sketch!
It's a gut feel more than anything else--the fact that he's wearing a gimmie cap with the bill forward instead of reversed says "older than early-to-mid-20s" to me, especially given that he's a gang-banger. That was well into the time where it'd become fashionable among the hoodlum element, right up there with holding the pistol sideways while shooting.
Also, the OKC bombing was 1995, not 1993. Was that a typo on your part?
I'm wondering if this guy has relations--I just finished American Jihad, and Moose Limb terrorism is a family-business kind of thing. You know, "I wanna be just like Dad/my older brother/my cousin when I blow up."
Did it ever occur to you that we are witnessing an elaborate Kabuki dance intended to tell the tale of ME radical complicity in the OKC bombing? The Govt could have held this card to play at whatever juncture they deemed it useful.
