On Brenda's book business, these are the most probable companies.

Dorling Kindersley

Usborne

Books and Beyond

DK is no longer MLM, but allowed its reps to convert to wholesale accounts. Usborne and B & B are still MLM. It is possible to make signicant amounts of money as DK and Usborne are extremely popular with school and public libraries, as well as selling through hostess parties.

Damon's mother was very high up in DK at one time, and it is very probable that she set Brenda up it as well.

Just something that struck me during Keene's testimony - He said that while initially talking with DW - he was telling him about talking briefly to Brenda at Dad's on Feb. 1 - he said that Brenda mentioned to him about the upcoming father/daughter dance and about Damon thinking she was growing up so fast - then he paused - like something had struck him - and said - "In fact - I could have sworn she said her husband would be out of town instead of home with the kids (or something to that effect)." Now how much was DW supposed to know about the incident at this time? Just what he'd heard from the neighbor Mark? What was that? Would he have even known at that time that Damon even was home that night? For all he knows - Damon is still not home - or maybe if he phisically saw Damon that day - sitting outside of his house - he still wouldn't have known if Damon was home that night - or if he'd just been called to come back home later, after Danielle was discovered to be missing. Thoughts?
