No kidding!...if you are quiet and look at someone, you are creepy and if your hose is laying around, you could be suspect in a murder.
Does this guy have any notes to which he could refer??...he seems iffy on his details.

The hose is just a piece of the puzzle to indicate the MH trip was not a planned one, but that he left in haste.

Arrived back to neighborhood on 2/2 to retrieve wallet..which is about when Denise said she may have talked to him.

I know it is totally unimportant, but I wondered if anyone else has the same reaction as I do to Dusek.
I find his voice and method of questioning utterly boring........so much so that it makes every answer seem like more of the same monotony. It starts to sound like a constant drone.

Left in haste but yet returns to the neighborhood after getting the MH and returns again at 3:30 to look for wallet....doesn't indicate fleeing to me.

Except aren't they demonstrating he was lying about the wallet? He was observed to have it? He was returning for another reason...

Not so fast! THIS is the Lead Detective, and Feldman is going to eat him for lunch...Remember, he surprised him the last time in the PH..

Keene has remarkable recollection abilities; perhaps he has one of those 'photographic' memories. IMHO I would be more comfortable if he referred to some sort of notes.

In the PH, Detective Collins also stated he didn't make notes regarding the drag mark found by her body...prefered to rely on memory.
In a death penalty case, notes would be good!!!..could never be a detective with my memory!

I'll be here off and on. I am missing a few details too.
So much to keep up with, especially since so much of the VD and friends' testimony is not in my "frame of reference". Sheesh!

THIS is the Lead Detective, and Feldman is going to eat him for lunch...Remember, he surprised him the last time in the PH.. I guess that furthers my point about Dusek's manner. Feldman will wake everyone up and undoubtedly draw out something more thought provoking.
This is painfully dragging. Even a faster pace would help.
I don't know how the rotation works, but I think giving this case to Dusek was not wise. At least Woody Clark will be better with the scientific phase.

I think since the dialogue is stunted on the forum this morning, it's best for me to just come back on when the Defense cross-examines...each witness.
