I am a little behind in reading here, so I am jumping ahead, hoping this was not reported yet.

Tonight, Tuesday, on O'Reilly, he had Mark Klass (sp). Mark said that he was having interference with the Uncle (Mr. Smart's brother Tom ). Mark wanted to bring in a noted artist to draw a composit of the man who abducted Elizabeth.He also said that one of the main important things that should be done is to talk with the young girl, and get a picture of the man out to the public. This is what I said in an earlier post ! Why put out the Red Berret' guy ??? UNCLE STOPPED THAT IN IT'S TRACKS !

Mark Klass also said that the Uncle is running the show, the Dad is doing the same., and they are not co-operating , I missed maybe the first 3 min. of the interview, and plan on catching the repeat at 10 central time.

He also interviewed two daughter's of this Uncle Tom, who are working with the organization to rally people for the cause. They hedged on WHY their father (Tom) is saying and doing what he is doing. It was very very strange. Catch the repeat if you can.

There is something very fishy going on. Klass was visably agitated tonight. Frustrated.

I saw that interview with Klass also. Was very interesting. Although I do think Klass was referring to the Uncle not cooperating with him.....not police. Don't quite know what to make of it.

What I have noticed is that they are keeping the nine year old cloistered away at a grandpart's house. It sounded like the police had only spoken to her over the phone. I can't see how that could be possible, but that was the reason they said they didn't want a composite done at that time. It seemed like they were afraid that the police would badger the little girl and make her feel guilty.

I didn't see the interview, but Mormon men do run things -- it's part of the Church's culture, in which they are trained from an early age. An active Mormon man in the company I work for has managed to make enemies of practically all his peers and superiors, largely through incidents in which he took charge of situations that others didn't think he had a right to take charge of, or made decisions without consulting others. Personally, I like him, and don't think he was intentionally trampling on other people's turf, but his mostly male and all non-Mormon peers and superiors seem to have had instinctively negative reactions to his ways of dealing with things.

That's not what the police are saying here in Utah. They say the family is cooperating fully with them. The father volunteered to take a lie detector test on Saturday.

And what I heard is that the uncle wasn't cooperating with Klaas. Why should he? I think Klaas is miffed on being on the outside of the investigation. Sorry, my 2 cents worth. Plus, from what the police have said, the sister only saw the profile of the abductor, not full face, which is why there isn't a drawing from her. The police were also in the house last night during the same time that Elizabeth was abducted. Plus the police said the sister's story has been consistent, and she has added little details, which is very common.
