No trace of her in his SUV or it wouldn't have been released to him..MH wasn't there..maybe he used his 4 wheeler and didn't wake anyone up?
This is a huge issue and I wish I knew with 100% certainty that there was no evidence in the Toyota. I agree that it seems unlikely that it would have been returned.
That's a pretty big hole. I can't see a jury being convinced that he transferred her body from his house to the MH on Saturday after dawn. The prosecution is going to have to lay out their theory of how he pulled this off from beginning to end and I think it's going to require some big leaps and stretches; figuratively and literally. :)
