He was a poor, pitiful, misguided youth - tried as a juvenile. Let the trash back out on society where he grows up to help plan how to pull mega murder to the 100th degree.
I got so angry tonight listening to some of the pundits talking about how wrong it was of Ashcroft and the Justice Department to arrest this guy and hold him indefinitely because he was a 'citizen' and only 'planning' a dirty bomb - hadn't actually carried it off yet. I don't see him as a 'citizen'. I see him as a traitor and would like for him to be chopped into 269 million pieces, give a piece to all of us so we can take it out back and pee on him.

Those German saboteurs that we executed in 1942 had so far only been planning their acts of sabotage, not carried them out, and two of them were U.S. citizens. We ended up not executing two of them, including one of the U.S. citizens, because they turned themselves in and cooperated. But we executed the others, including the other U.S. citizen. And the Supreme Court unanimously approved of their trial, and had no objection to the death sentences.
