There is another composite drawing of John Doe, it is a full frontal view of the face. THis is the one that I think looks like Padillo.

Just figured I would post the profile. If we get any footage of this guy...
The composite profile is pretty distinctive, but I agree that it is pretty useless unless we get a peek of him from that angle..
