This would certainly apply to Johnny Tallyban and that moron from France..

I have absolutely no basis for this but I will make a WAG anyway. It could be that some one made the decision on Walker to let the public see the circus his trial will become and the disgust will reinforce future tribunal decisions. As to the French guy, he should have been put in front of the Tribunals and enjoying his virgins by now.

Let him get off after we got him and then blame left leaning judges and liberal courts..
