I know. We are worried too.. the only thing that gives us hope is that our President is doing his job, instead of worrying about Poll numbers. He is facing the hardest times of a President in History. Multitude of things happening simultaneously, and yet, he is doing his job. Which just might explain why the public as a whole is behind him like they are.

I'm not saying there won't be times I question what his policies are..and in fact, I think he has shown that not only can he handle the job.. but he is "willing" to change his mind once he is convinced it is the best thing for this country.

We are in the right hands, and we are safer than I'd thought we could be. But like you said.. that in no way means we are safe. To let our gaurd down now, would be suicidal!!

Lets hope Americans don't become complacent!! NOW is NOT the time!!

Yes, I actually breathed a sigh of relief when he was finally elected. I wasn't sleeping very well at night, the last few years of the clintoon admin. And though I'm not in agreement with the lenient border policies, and I'd like to see us even tougher on terrorism than we are at the moment, we are definitely on the right track, after years of muddled and half-baked policies.

And I will never understand people who are one-issue voters and just because they don't agree with absolutely everything W does, say that they won't vote for him next time! Nonsense.
