Look at your statement, none of this is happening here. There is no trial, no charge, nothing. Why?

Are you suggesting that anyone suspected of waging war against the US on our soil strictly be held or tried by civilian authorities?

He's only just been turned over to the Defense Department. It'll take the department time to decide on the disposition of the case.
