Very early stages. But the press is missing two points. a) If this was a initial or advance recon mission. Does the actual RDD exsist? and b) Without going into detail which I will not, a RDD is indeed a WMD. Yes it does not have the kick a nuke does, but on the economic side if a 1000 curie RDD bomb exploded in DC with a mild wind blowing downtown and under current EPA Regs about 1 billion to 1.2 trillion dollars worth of damage would be done. Now remember you cannot clean up radiation, you have to get rid of it. Either that or Congress would have to re-think the EPA Rad Standard.

Reading the two posts from you two on advanced math, has made me even more positive about the discussions we had re possible home schooling for our grandkids if and when the time comes.

My wife will teach basic English, reading and penmanship, I will be the history and basic math person. Their mother will fill in around us and be their phys ed instructor.

Then, when they get into junior/high levels our son, the math brain will teach the high levels of math and physics. I will teach the science biology/chemistry. My wife will continue the English and take over the reading. History/current events will be my DIL and yours truly. DIL will continue to be the Phys ed teacher.

If anyone besides my older son in our family teaches advance math and physics, that could be seen as child abuse.

You can take off the tin foil. He was arrested May 8, 2002. Today's news conference is to inform us that the man is "as of today going to be held by DOD".

A lot of people have been arrested and are being held on various charges. The point of this arrest is the fact he is an American citizen yet we are charging him as an illegal combatant and have turned him over to the DOD.
