Mostly places run and funded (ie hand outs of US taxpayer dollars) by the UN rapist-child slavery advocates. " Black people have money now,..." Yes, those that go to work have money. Not those that take handouts from the Federal/ state teat or wasted tax dollars on a free education and continue on a career as an eternal "victim" ... That's not having money ! Its not even close to having dignity !
