Wonder what happened to that guaranteed drop in approval ratings, anyway? I thought they said it was a sure thing when the President's popularity dropped to a new low of 70% last week?

Thanks for the stats, DrDeb, and I'm so sorry to hear about your FIL. My dad's body is breaking down badly, but his mind is still sharp. If I had to chose between the two, I'd sure pick that combination. Prayers and thoughts for your husband and his family.

Congrats on the graduation. I'm so glad it went well. I shall be thinking of you these next two days. You will have to cherish them. I don't envy your emotional state right now.

On a lighter note, I just love the look on that boy's face. He is in total awe...."how cool is this, it's the President of the United States!" And he's (W, that is) someone his parents can be proud of too!
