We've had this discussion before and I thought you were going to reform.
There are not 84,000 registered individuals let alone 'freepers'.
Why do you insist on misrepresenting the size of FR? It is not only deceitful, it is downright silly. In the first place with a membership that large you could levy a direct charge and while the majority would walk there would be many who would not. In the second place the stats, however massaged, do not have 84000 distinct users a month.
FR is a good sized forum...and still the best going, but you simply give your enemies a shot every time you misstate the quantity in order to exagerate the influence wielded by any forum.
For pete's sake, you can't get more than a dozen people to go on a cruise or show up to boo Gore. Please stop. I used to defend you, but no more.
I was on the cruise. I don't remember seeing you there. I know for a fact there were more than a dozen there and I have the pictures to prove it. As for booing Gore, I know at least 425 Texas Freepers who would resent the fact that you think we weren't on the courthouse steps in Fort Worth and Dallas every weekend in November 2000. Perhaps you can tell us where we were instead.
Freepers don't just stand on the streets with signs either. We actually take part in our government. I just left the Texas GOP convention where we have over 30 Freepers that are Delegates and at least a handful are election judges. You can count them for yourself on the TX GOP Convention thread. You can count over 12, right? I met several more at the convention that I failed to list on that thread.
If you want to discuss accuracy in numbers, perhaps you should start with your own inaccurate comments first.
