I wished I had a chance to see SRV live. I think I was 12 when he died.

If someone you want to see comes to town, GO SEE THEM, cause you never know if they'll be back. I had a chance to go to my first Grateful Dead concert in early 1995. I turned it down, thinking "Ahhh, they tour 365 days a year. I can catch them anytime." And I had an offer of free tickets to see Frank Sinatra in the early '90s, and went out to a bar instead, because "I live in New York, so he'll give a few more concerts in Atlantic City before his voice gives out."
