Acutally the number is 23 - the number of fuel refineries in the US. 23 guys, 23 man portable rockets or grenade launchers, all on the same day and gas prices triple over night. Heck, they don't even have to die for the cause.

Heck the refinery fire that we had here in Denver a decade or so ago took a whole month to put out. And it was done by those guys from down Texas way. Now imagine 23 sites.
