Dubya is doing ok, but I think Reagan would have put all of the Islamic nations of the world on notice in a way that left no room for misunderstanding...

The most radical Islamic fanatics have taken your silence as tacit approval of their murderous actions. You have allowed them to operate in your nations for decades. These terrorist movements were cultivated in your homelands and your negligence to remove this cancer from the civalized world will no longer go unnoticed. Today The United States of America is putting the entire Islamic world on notice; if ANY Islamic group or individual aquires and uses a weapon of mass distruction against the United States or any of it's interests, an order will immediately be issued for a immediate thermo-nuclear strike against the Grand Mosque in Mecca. The warhead's yeild will be no less than 15 megatons. This will be sufficient to wipe Mecca and all of it's structures from the face of the Earth. We do not want war with the Islamic world. We have gone to great links to avoid doing so. But you will pay a high price for allowing these people to operate openly in your own back yards with impunity.
