Sorry Mr. Michaels - this isn't the first time - nor will it be the last time the bureaucrats at EPA make up their mind about something and then find a way to prove it.

So what else is new? Should anyone be surprised to discover EPA is corrupt? Does seem like a good time to make sure the President is apprised of other lies told by EPA though...
