Kim, Kim, Kim, I see its true that you do forget things! Or it may be I'm remembering incorrectly. Thought you were around for the threads where the DCA issued a secret opinion, which to my knowledge has never been published, upholding the trial court's decision that DW was broke and the state would henceforth not only pay for his defense but pay for the pricey Mr. Feldman. I thought it was a brilliant strategy on DW's part -- hire the best, pay him for a month or so, then ask the state to take over the payments. I know some here will think I'm being hard on DW as looking at it cynically that way, but, hey, JMHO.
