Is the sweating disease selective cuz he doesn't appear to be sweating during the trials?

Can you tell? It is possible the man is also medicated..

I said that cuz I could see absolutely no sweat droplets on his scalp, forehead, temples, face.. I understand that meds can make one dehyrdated enough to not sweat..is that right?
