Around last summer the little kiosks in the supermarket (where you insert the quarter and turn the wheel)you could get this little necklace or bracelet for 25 cents. All girls of all ages in my neighborhood were wearing them for a while constantly until they broke. Some girls were collecting them and had several chockers and bracelets like this.
