What this whole thing case, and the comments, says to me from the defense side is "Members of the jury, the forensic evidence shows that my client killed this little girl, but don't convict him because her parents were bad people." Am I missing a connection here? Who's on trial?

He said forensic science will prove his client could not have possibly killed the child.

There is evidence that the child was in the RV and the Westerfield home. Nothing else.

We haven't gotten to the defense yet. Feldman in his opening statement said that there is forensic evidence that proves his client could not have done this. On this thread Feldman is being called a liar with out the benefit of seeing the proof he offers.
