Kim, someone raised this yesterday, indicating that those of us on the prosecution side were ducking this question. I wasn't ducking, I didn't feel qualified to answer it. But it's true that if there was evidence that DW was in the home, it would have to have been provided to Feldman. So I doubt Feldman lied and I doubt there was a discovery violation by the state on this issue. That indicates there isn't any.

Now, instead of immediately concluding that means DW didn't do it, I'd like to hear someone from a scientific background explain to us whether that's feasible. Certainly, in the olden days, it was very feasible. Less so, with DNA & fiber analysis today, but it seems certainly possible to me with what I know from watching true crime shows all the time that he could walk in and out quickly without leaving anything to tie himself to the place. Especially in light of the swinger traffic in and out of the house and if Damon is telling the truth that he didn't do any cleaning, then there would be lots of fiber evidence for instance but it wouldn't necessarily be traceable back to DW. He doesn't have a lot of hair to drop, that's for sure.

Amore, I have to disagree about the amount of hair to drop. He hasn't a lot on top of his head, but enough on the sides to drop. Beyond that, there is the beard (men with beards often run their fingers through them, and hairs do drop), the hair on his arms, legs, etc.--men are hairy beasts. He should have dropped some hairs if he was hiding in the closet for--what? 1 1/2 hours?--unless he could stand perfectly still without moving all that time. I don't believe that's possible, unless he's had ninja training.

That is the most logical thing to do...

he could walk in and out quickly without leaving anything to tie himself to the place. Especially in light of the swinger traffic in and out of the house and if Damon is telling the truth that he didn't do any cleaning,

Ok that's what I was wondering..Again, I have to ask.. am I mistaken in believing that threesomes/foursomes and "voyeur" are being equated with swinging by the defense, prosecution, and/or observers?
