Here we go again...the first person that can only find negatives no matter what happens. If Bush decapitated OBL himself and put his head on a pole in Washington, the Bush bashers would still say it was "too weak."

From what I've seen on FR and conservative writers, yes. From those I know on active duty, I would say so. Even more important is getting rid of the PC nonsense. That drove many good people out during the Clinton years. We had 50 year old officers who had been married for 30 years having to take courses on sexual harassment. Pilots we spent millions training and who had spotless records and should have been doing their jobs were sitting in classrooms as if they were 14 year old boys being lectured on what is bad behavior.
