I see nothing wrong with taking this a step further by applying this to ALL visitors from everywhere. While they are at it, collect DNA also. If they don't like it, they don't have to come here.

I agree. It should be all foreigners. I wonder if Arab terrorists can apply for visas from countries not on the list? We know INS wouldn't stop them.
