My apologies, I thought "radiation" was "radiation". Glad to know that there is nothing to fear from U.S. nuke plants gone bad.

Put it in a more easily understandable way. "Remember how f'ed up, decrepit and unsafe the USSR's industrial system was? Its nuclear powerplant designs were worse."
