Five or so years ago a male dolphin along one of the popular English beaches was attempting to mate with bathers.

A British marine-wildlife expert was interviewed and he said that the dolphin wasn't really attempting to shag the swimmers, he was just extending the 'finger of friendship'.

By the way, news of another randy male dolphin molesting swimmers at an English beach has been in the British press lately.

I knew I didn't want to know. And I thought all we had to worry about in the water was sharks!
