Mexican Immigration, Civil War Grievences, Bush's Betrayals to Conservatives, conspiracies and intrigue ... it's cuckoo corner.
Abraham Lincoln's attack on Constitutional America is more insidious to people here than was Osama bin Laden's. Mexican Day Laborers are more hated and feared than Al Qaida sleeper cells. Tom Ridge is a greater danger than Saddam Huessein.
Rush's little sneer spoke volumes, and anyone here who is delighted with that shout out doesn't care about the forum or Jim's wonderful creation.
All I get out of the remark is that he's saying "don't FReep me for this." I don't see it as emotionally charged one way or the other. He knows that when we get riled about something that we can be brutal, or at least overwhelming in the sheer volume of crroespondence. That isn't good or bad. It's just a fact and he knows it and mentiioned it because he knows that a lot of us do listen to him..
