Arafat must be removed. Powell should not try to save him this time.

Arafat's removal is long overdue. If Powell yields to the whining of the Saudis, Jordanians, Egyptians and the EU and who knows who else (none of which want to take Arafat), he's more of a wooz that I thought previously....and I thought he was, indeed, a BIG wooz, as well as being one of the biggest Arabists in Cabinet.

I'm afraid that's exactly what will happen. If not, all it takes is for Bush's friend, the Saudi prince, to pick up the phone and call Papa Bush.

He should be paraded through the streets hanging from the barrel of an IDF tank.

Sometimes the Israelis speak to the Arabs in English, sometimes in Hebrew.

They need to learn Arabic.
