That would be Master of Education degrees. Well versed in the "how" to teach. Unfortunately, they tend to come up short on the "what" to teach. And the high-poobahs at the teachers colleges think that's just fine. They want teachers to teach students how to learn without anything as base as subject matter mastery creeping in.

I see nothing more sinister about the labor fat cats ripping off their constituents than the average citizen being ripped off by his or her representatives in Washington. The same principle of taxation without representation applies.
