Nuclear blackmail, it is without a doubt. And the recall of Americans seems like a "fait a compli". Instead we should have warned Ol' Mushy in no uncertain terms. The sad thing is, all these terror acts inflicted on India sooner or later are directed at America - from kidnapping, throat-slitting to hijacking and nuclear threats.
