All yes BUT #1., However, the "news analysis" was uniformly that the report for the first time the Bush administration was "admitting" that Global Warming was PRIMARILY due to Human causes. That was incorrect and that is what people were trying to get across. The media spin was blatant misrepresentation of what the report said and that many here were relying on that :analysis" to scream that once again "Bushed caved". That has been the history around here for a year. "Bush caves" accusations are without fail, later proved to be complete fabrications or twisting of facts to support the thesis.
