"Stalled" it?! They should have s***canned it and put out a scientifically accurate report, not Clintonista propaganda. Two years into this administration, you'd think that a report that runs counter to that administration's views would be scrapped and restarted... Unless, of course, it actually does reflect that administration's views. And given that the administration hasn't quibbled with the solutions proposed for the "problem" of global warming, but rather with their magnitude, I'd say that this report "put out by the bureaucracy" does, in fact, reflect the President's views on the matter.

It's obvious you don't research, but can't you read????
The report is mandated BY TREATY. Bush couldn't "shit can" it. A report on Global Warming must be sent to the UN every five years and this one was started by the CLINTONISTAS!!
Ignoring the facts doesn't help your side. And making absurd demands of what he should and shouldn't do...makes you look stupid and a poor loser (man).

The Bush Administration agreed in Sept 2001 to withdraw the National Assessment on Climate Change and state that its unlawfully produced conclusions are "not policy positions or official statements of the US Govt". EPA ignored this agreement in issuing its report to the UN.
