And so the pattern goes. "Well, he didn't betray us this time, but he will, you just wait!" Too many people who are too eager for a Bush slip-up.

FYI- Funding for a study on pollution control was part of last years budget. I am sure "another study" will be released soon.

Oh, and I don't consider that Bush will slip at all, he has plenty of quid-pro-quo to spread around if he wants to win again in 2004. I just don't favor big government conservatism.

The good thing about Bush is you get what you pay for.
