If people had read the President's remarks from June 2001, and then read the report, they would have known that there was no change in policy

But is doesn't matter that the people working for him are doing things he doesn't agree with? Huh?

Well, that's what happens when you hire people and trust them to do their jobs. Would you have him micro manage all the bureaucracy? Have you compared the President remarks from June 2001 to the report?

It can't be done. I looked into work at the NSA as a researcher. Trust me, they don't get rolled over with every administration and these kinds of reports don't just get written up overnight. There is an entrenched bureaucracy and there has been since Andrew Jackson.
