Let these bureaucrates drive around in them? You say you won't do that. You also say you won't close the boarders. We can't do that because Rush Limbaugh and other purist conservatives are so busy undermining the President and running around screaming the sky is falling like Chicken Little every time the NYT drops an acorn on their heads, that we won't get a Republican Senate in the Fall.
