It's so nice to know there is someone out there who actually gets it -- whose brain hasn't turned to propaganda mush. Thanks for the reply.

Based on some of the comments on this thread, I realize a number of FReepers plan never to listen to Rush again (at least so they say); however, for those of us who ARE interested in the discussion, he just started clarifying the global warming issue, the report, and his stance a few minutes ago. Here's my take:

Rush still maintains that, as a result of this report, "it's goodbye to science, hello to politics." The enviros will now claim that we "must regulate that human activity that causes global warming" and will be aided by the willing presstitutes. (The RATS can of course be expected to jump on that bandwagon as well.) Inotherwords, the parameters of the argument have now been changed, which was his original contention. The argument is no longer, "Is there global warming?" but "What do we do to stop global warming?"

End of report.
(BTW, I voted for President Bush and fervently supported him, so save that tune for the next victim, please.)

I am an avid reader. I read lots of Ayn Rand books and because I deal with lots of case law and I'm familar with how the IRS operates as I do understand many issues pertaining to their unlawful existence. Note that at the time the Federal Reserve was created around 1913, our federal courts were created in 1909 which makes the federal reserve and the federal courts private enclaves because neither entities are constitutional. Our true constitutional courts exist in the State Supreme Courts and the U.S. Supreme Courts.

I think the next thing that ought to be challenged for the sake of true common law practice in the Supreme Courts is the flag with the yellow fringe. Because of this flag, the constitution is exercised at the courts discretion as people are now finding out. This flag is a commander in chief flag and actually symbolizes an army on the march. Next time you visit any federal court house, look outside and observe the plate designs as one reads "War Office" which is above the entrance door. BTW, the military flag has been seen in Catholic churches and in the local courts as well. We are enemies of the court. That is a true fact that all federal judges know and they also know the true meaning of the flag with the fringe as they are taught such symbols in judge school in Reno Nevada.
