Can't always rely on the perp to stop the slug!

What good are they, then? You just can can't get reliable perps these days; just don't make 'em like they used to. What's the world coming to?

Well, they might stop the first few slugs; but after being properly ventilated, the last few magazines-full would whistle right on through.
