A few months back a lot of the islamic sites were posting an interview with one of their head honcho-jihadists and he was dropping hints about them having all the equipment they needed. Something like "I assure you my brothers that we have the equipment we need now."
And to me that meant they got the nuke(s) or they got the bio agent. Because after you read their sites for awhile it seems like the use them to send messages, but they make them subtle. Just my guessing, though, by all means.
Remember the Russian mafia sold them duds last time around.
Could be anything from box cutters to gasoline to cyanide, doesn't give us much infomation about nukes.
