If the United States decides to make surprise strikes on other countries, it will mark a big change in strategy for the US military, which traditionally acts only in self-defence.

This will be a hard thing to do. We need to have proof that we can show to the world if we undertake sudden military attacks on other nations that we are not at war with. I agree with W that we can't sit back and wait for the islamic fascists to strike us with WMD. If its war the jihadists want lets give it to them in spades!

President Bush has said ever since 9-20 address to the nation that Al Qaeda has cells in over 60 countries. Somehow, the mentally challanged writer of this article has tried to imply that we will attack 60 countries. That is not, and has never been, the plan. The plan is to go after the Al Qaeda cells in any country they take up residence in.

They must think we have the memories of knats in order to try to claim we're going to go to war with 60 countries. As a matter of fact, most of these countries will require little more than a few crack sniper squads in order to wipe out the terrorists.
