That's something I was suprised that did NOT happen on 9-11.
Going after rescuers/medical personnel as a follow-up is something lots of terrorist
find irresistable.

One other reason terrorist types might be lurking around hospitals,
especially large research hospitals: a number of radioactive isotopes used
in radio-therapy would be just the ticket for a "dirty" nuke.
(Even though this has been mentioned by "experts" on TV, I can't but think
the actual amount of isotopes on hand at any one time is not that big. But maybe it
doesn't take much to do plenty of damage...)
