Johnsonn was a bellowing left wing megalomaniac. Nexon was driven half nuts by the mobs in the streets and the leftist press. Ford was a brief nothing. Carter was a Christian Marxist subversive.

Reagan went around the media to speak directly to the people and started disassembling the radical left. Unfortunatelt, subsequent presidence did not carry on his thrust.
